WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

Northolme Practice is an unlimited partnership set up by the doctors to provide General Medical Services (GMS) under the terms of the NHS GMS contract.
This contract is held with the Calderdale NHS Primary Care Trust.

This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

HOURS OF OPENING

Kos Clinic	Monday	7.30am to 6.00pm 6.30pm to 7.00pm
Kos Clinic	Tuesday to Friday	7.30am to 6.00pm
Northowram Surgery	Monday to Thursday	7.30am to 6.00pm
Northowram Surgery	Friday	7.30am to 4.00pm

Please do not telephone outside these hours unless your call is medically urgent.

EXTENDED HOURS

There are appointments available at both surgeries between 7.30 - 8.00am Monday to Friday and at the Kos Clinic between 6.30 - 7.00pm on Monday evening. This access is aimed primarily at those who cannot attend during normal surgery hours. We must emphasise that these are for pre-booked appointments only and not for people to walk in and expect to be seen.

During the extended hours there will be no telephone access to the practice and you will not be able to pick up prescriptions or letters etc. Secondary care services have not increased their hours of access so will not be available during our extended opening times.

West Yorkshire Urgent Care provides our out-of-hours service from 6.00pm to 8.00am and at weekends.
