Please use either the NHS App, SystmOnline or the Airmid App to access online services. 

(These are different to the PATCHS consultation service)

  Order prescriptions (excludes Contraception & HRT, use the PATCHS service to request these)

  Book, check, and cancel appointments

  View your medical record, including information about medicines, vaccinations, and test results.

How to register for Online Services

You can register in person at the surgery or over the telephone.  It takes just a few minutes.  

Reception staff will take a few details and ask you some security questions in order to confirm your identity.

If registering in person at the surgery, registration can be done faster if you bring some identification and proof of address:  

1. Photographic identification – passport, bus pass, or driving licence.

2. Proof of address – a recent utility bill or bank statement.

PATCHS online consultation service

PATCHS is different from the NHS app, SystmOnline, and the Airmid app.  Please use PATCHS to submit routine non-urgent medical problems or adminstration requests. You can submit non-urgent medical requests or administrative requests, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm. We aim to respond to requests within 48 hours and during surgery opening hours.

Examples of routine requests you can make via the PATCHS service:

• Minor ailments

• Medication Reviews

• Contraception medication

• HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) medication

• Sick Notes (now known as Fit notes)

• Test Result queries

• Simple earwax issues

• Travel vaccination requests

• Physiotherapy (All muscular, skeletal/joint or nerve issues)

• Podiatry (All issues with feet and ankle)

• Out of Hour Appointments (click for details)

• Out of Hour Blood appointments (click for details) 

• Administration requests, such as medical reports or insurance

PATCHS online consulation service provides a convenient way for patients who don't need an urgent appointment to contact us at a time when it suits them.
