- Order prescriptions (excludes Contraception & HRT, use the PATCHS service to request these)
- Book, check, and cancel appointments
- View your medical record, including information about medicines, vaccinations, and test results.

How to register for Online Services
You can register in person at the surgery or over the telephone. It takes just a few minutes.
Reception staff will take a few details and ask you some security questions in order to confirm your identity.
If registering in person at the surgery, registration can be done faster if you bring some identification and proof of address:

Photographic identification – passport, bus pass, or driving licence.

Proof of address – a recent utility bill or bank statement.
PATCHS online consultation service
PATCHS is different to the NHS app. Please use PATCHS to submit routine non-urgent medical problems or adminstration requests. You can submit non-urgent medical requests or administrative requests, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm during surgery opening hours.
